Seems Bristol may not be the only bass-built UK City to spawn true dirtybird talent. Midway up the little island the city of Birmingham is boiling its bins and splitting its subs with the sounds of Hannah Wants and Chris Lorenzo. Hannah & Chris kicked off their year with the mighty 'Dappy', a crew favourite from Food recordings. Hannah has been red hot on tour throughout the UK and Chris is finally stepping out of the shadows of being a ghost writer for over 6 years, now working on several projects including Cause & Effect, collabs with Pete Graham and countless other productions.

"Kneadin" has provoked more reaction than almost any other track in the sets of dirtybird this summer hitting a pinnacle at Hideout festival in Croatia when it was played 5 times in one day (over two events) by Justin Martin, VonStroke & Eats Everything!

Another first for dirtybird, sees us looking to Russia for our remixer and a seasoned producer who never fails to impress with his blend of raw, jackin' house. TRIPMASTAZ replaces the break beats of the original with his jack-hammer 4/4's, but its his patient stretching and remoulding of the bassline that really impresses.
