Techno’s brightest star, Jamie Jones, releases ‘Summertime / You’, the first release from the most anticipated debut artist album to emerge from the underground electronic scene for a very long time.
Jamie Jones has achieved in the space of a few short years what many producers try for a lifetime. Turning his hand to a variety of styles while still maintaining a strong signature sound, Jones has created an admired musical identity and a loyal global following.

‘Summertime’ has been hailed as one of his greatest achievements and is the first release from his forthcoming debut album on Crosstown Rebels. Jamie’s forthcoming album marks the arrival of one of the most exciting new artists to appear in a generation, weaving style and grace into a formidable classic.

An epic synergy of soulful vocals and melancholic melody has made ‘Summertime’ a viral record. A favourite of the lucky few who have heard it since its production and staple in the sets of Clive Henry and Damian Lazarus, it has closed many parties with elation.

Featuring an original vocal from Norwegian eccentric duo, Ost & Kjex, the track is a highlight on the forthcoming Global Underground compilation from Nic Fancuilli and soon to be heard on a radio near you.

The release contains an extended version and a dub of ‘Summertime’ as well as ‘You’ on the flip. Packed full of grooviness and a cheeky vocal sample, ‘You’ is another bright and mischievious encounter destined to be one of the summer’s biggest smashes.
