With his next release on Family Planning, unstoppable UK
artist ABSOLUTE. has delivered what feels like one of the festival anthems for the summer ahead. Right now,
ABSOLUTE.'s current single, 'String Theory' is making a
huge impact. Scoring one of Pete Tong’s first Essential New Tunes of 2020 was a great sign, but when Annie Mac
called it a 'very important record’, the 3rd time she played it
on her Radio 1 show, the buzz seems to have cemented. All
in all ’String Theory’ has been played nearly 15 times across R1 and R6 specialist shows and this achievement
was recently crowned by BBC Introducing, who included him in their 10 breakthrough electronic acts to watch in 2020. All this comes hot on the heels of a well-received
remix on Ninja Tunes’ Counter imprint dropping before
Christmas, a huge house cut on ABSOLUTE.’s own Family
Planning label around ADE that picked up loads of R1 support, and ahead of a new remix on Future Classic of
Aussie dance band Flight Facilities. In addition his debut
live show is evolving organically with upcoming dates
supporting 808 State on their UK tour in March/April.
