Lead track, ‘Persistence’, chugs along at a hypnotic pace, waves of euphoric piano stabs slide into the deep bass groove, accompanied by sweet vocal hooks, for a top drawer, hands in the air, deep and driving cut. ‘Argumenta’ is built upon a bouncing rhythm, with swinging percussion and crisp hats for a solid backbone, as supple guitar licks and soothing pads yield syrupy melodies.
