We are so honoured to announce the return of BADSISTA, legendary DJ and producer hailing from Sao Paulo, Brazil, to femme culture with a brand new single called ‘Machooka’, out on January 17, 2020.

After meeting BADSISTA in London, having booked her for the London leg of her European tour back in summer 2018, we at femme culture had always wanted to release her music, which we were lucky enough to do when she donated to us one of her tracks to be part of our yearly HeForShe compilation

We were still craving more and wanted to do a release devoted just to her - and finally we managed to. BADSISTA will drop on January 17, 2020 her brand new single Machooka, which she explains comes from ‘Machuca in Portuguese which means "to hurt", and in this case, in a good and sexy way’.

The single is an uplifting yet thumping dancefloor riddim which is dedicated to the dancers and listeners as much as it is an unmissable DJ tool.
