Ray Barragan and Lionel Rifkin met in Los Angeles. After exploring musical tastes and aspirations, their love for partying grew into something serious - Club Tularosa.
Club Tularosa is a reflection of their shared love of italo disco, post punk and new wave.
Their DJ sets offer cosmic narratives shining light on the dark side of disco, psychedelic techno and even the obscure parts of global funk.
They cut their teeth in the Los Angeles club scene promoting and bringing talent from overseas. Opening for festival level DJs in world renowned clubs around LA, led them to touring the West Coast, including Mexico.
Building up steam since 2014, Club Tularosa gained international recognition with their recent release, ‘Venturism’ on ME ME ME. And with another on it’s way set to be pressed on the famed Rothmans label.
