- A1. Facas
- A2. Bulín
- B1. Minutas
- B2. Copetín
Moss Co., sister label to Archie Hamilton's Moscow imprint, returns with its 10th release, a four tracker from Hanfry Martinez & Alexis Cabrera that is both club ready and forward thinking in equal measure. A cross-continent collaboration, the 'Minutas' EP plays perfectly to the strengths of Tenerife’s Hanfry and Argentina's Alexis, emanating the precise sound that Moss Co. loves to champion.
'Facas' leads the way with an unabashed breakbeat and zephyr-like hook, leaving space for playful midbass tones and experimental keys, behaving in a purposefully erratic manner. ‘Bulín’ follows with driving, dissonant synths that maintain momentum as a weighty and funk-laden bassline enters the fray.
On the flip is title track 'Minutas', rich in sparkling frequencies, snappy percussive programming and the kind of lazy bass motif that is primed for the beaches of Mamaia. 'Copetín' closes the EP with a hazy bassline and gentle, rolling subs complimented via crystalline drum patterns and tripped out FX processing.

This is not a mind trip, this is a body journey!
This is not a mind trip, or is it?
The Intergalactic Research Institute for Sound is proud to present fresh music from the legendary german duo Air Liquide. Active since 1991, Dr Walker and Jammin Unit have released more than 50 records with their band Air Liquide.
This is their first official outing since 2004, but that does not mean that these two were hiding somewhere for 15 years. Jammin Unit stayed busy with his Jammin Masters – mastering studio and Dr Walker was heavily involved in the Liquid Sky artist collective and they kept making music sometimes undercover, or on remix duty/coproducing with Coldcut and Ninja Tune and other high profile artists.
“This is a Mind Trip” nods to the 94’s Love Parade, Dr. Motte, and things that could ring nostalgic for some. However there is no nostalgia in these three tracks. Air Liquide was always looking towards the future and this hasn’t changed despite the hiatus between the releases.
We’ll spare you more useless chatter about a new take on techno, because this is a mind trip and not a body journey!
And this trip is damn good!

In a time when Jazz music is entering a contemporary renaissance and exciting the ears and minds of new audiences, Zombie Zombie's Étienne Jaumet offers us his unique, idiosyncratic take on the sound with the sprawling “8 Regards Obliques”, his 3rd solo album with the Versatile label.
Jazz requires a certain freedom of technique, interpretation and improvisation that already matches Jaumet’s own production style and sonic aesthetic as well as his playful approach towards music. The eight pieces that make up the new LP were very quickly recorded; Jaumet let himself be carried away by the atmosphere without focusing too much on fine details or the laborious aspects of the composition process. The finished article is a spontaneous collection that stands out, a true mirror image of the creative process adopted by the artist. Not surprisingly, spontaneity is one of the characteristics already present in his music, in both his recorded output and his live happenings, where he leaves much room for freedom and improvisation.
“8 Regards Obliques” was recorded at the Versatile studio in less than 3 weeks with quite a basic set up: TR 808, selected synthesizers, vocals and of course the saxophone, which is a constant presence also in his previous albums. For the mix Etienne has again appealed to the maestro I:Cube, a central figure of the Versatile story and a prodigious engineer and artist in his own right. He immediately understood that it was necessary to keep the spontaneous side alive and to not over-produce the pieces or over-edit them, being constantly mindful to retain the power in the sound and in the frequencies. From Sun Ra with “Nuclear war”, Miles Davis in “Shhh / Peaceful” or “Theme from a symphony” by Ornette Coleman to “Caravan” (already quoted by many jazzmen), Etienne enjoyed revisiting classic masterpieces and paying tribute to his inspirations. He allowed himself only one personal and original composition, “Ma révélation mystique”.

- A1. Tones Of The 90's
- A2. Phone Home
- B1. Yes Yes
- B2. Pressure
London duo Damian Daley & Danny Dixon aka OdD return to FUSE sister label Infuse to follow up their breakthrough Cold Fusion EP with a four-track EP titled ‘Tones Of The 90s’.
Lead track ‘Tones Of The 90’s’ brings together the core elements of the London underground scene. Snappy hi-hats combine with subtle tones and garage-like vocal samples and plenty of bass. A2 ‘Phone Home’ starts with the famous ET sample. Once again it’s the snappy hi-hats that take centre stage, working alongside a well-programmed loop that bubbles throughout underneath the surface.
On the flip, loopy drum patterns dominate B1 ‘Yes Yes’ before the EP comes to an end with the pick of the bunch ‘Pressure’. Low-end frequencies combine with a dreamy synth line, signing off the release in typical Infuse style.
- A1. I Need You
- A2. Stepping Back
- A3. Moving Through Clouds
- B1. I Need You (Soulphiction Remix)
- B2. Moving Through Clouds (Kim Brown Remix)
Needwant welcome Bristol born, Berlin based Geoff Wright aka Kemback (Omena/Futureboogie) to the label.
By day, Kemback teaches music production classes to students in Berlin, with such a musical background behind him, his latest EP Moving Through Clouds is every bit exquisite as you’d think. Opening with the luscious ‘I Need You’, hi-hat, bongos and sumptuous strings are just some of the elements that blend together seamlessly, a touch of modern jazz-house. The experimental combinations continue on ‘Stepping Back’, a heavy breaks track coupled with harps and saxophones. Whilst the hazy pads of ‘Moving Through Clouds’ goes down a more atmospheric route. The EP includes remixes from Soulphiction and Kim Brown (Needwant).
Over the past ten years the Needwant mantra has been to push the very best in new talent, hav-ing provided the platform for the likes of Kiwi, The Mekanism, Maxxi Soundsystem, The Revenge and many more.
- A1. Worthless
- B1. La Vida
- B2. Get Ready
Making his first appearance on the label, Argy lays down a three-part heavyweight production for Crosstown Rebels this October. The Greek producer effortlessly showcases his unique style and ability to create music that is sure to create heat on the dance floor.
Title track Worthless opens up the EP with a bouncy groove and sensual, breathy male vocal. Next, La Vida introduces a more percussive-led beat, creating an industrial soundscape. Get Ready closes the EP with its darkly hypnotic beat, lending itself to a more tribal aesthetic.
The word ‘diverse’ is most definitely one that can be used to describe Argy. Having been in the game for more than a decade, he’s released music on Poker Flat, Cocoon, Objektivity, Desolat and Cuttin’ Headz. He’s worked alongside a range of key figures in the industry including Kerri Chandler and Manuel Göttsching. Argy has proved his prowess as a DJ holding down residencies at Amnesia, Space, Destino and Pacha as well as regular appearances at Berlin’s Panorama Bar.

- A1. What To Do (&ME Remix)
- B1. What To Do (DJ Jes Remix)
A producer known for his eclectic and melodic sounds, Guy Gerber has delivered the brand-new remix package of his very own ‘What To Do’ production, set for release on Friday 26th October.
Embodying a varied range of sonic arrangements that the Israeli DJ has become synonymous with, the original was released earlier this year and demonstrates varied cymbal-claps and a wide range of isolated percussive instruments. With &ME spinning his own dynamic rework of the track, the German - who has performed a number of sets across Ibiza this summer, playing at DC-10 ’s ‘ Circoloco’ - adds groove-fuelled elements to the mix, a stark contrast to the deep, and driving style favoured by DJ Jes. A great remix package of the beloved original version of ‘What To Do’
- A1. Der Strum
- B1. Zeit Des Erwachens
- B2 Tränen Der Sonne
From Another Mind founders Obscure Shape & SHDW return to Rekids with three massive techno tracks in ‘Der Strum EP’ this October.
Marco Bläsi and Luigi Urban first appeared on Matt Edwards’ label two years ago with an unforgettable remix of Radio Slave’s ‘Vision’. Since then the pair have continued to helm their From Another Mind imprint, as well as returning to Rekids for their ‘Himmel Und Erde’ release, not to mention remix the seminal ‘Grindhouse’ alongside Slam. Joining the label again, the duo present three cavernous cuts highlighting why they’re considered such a key driving force behind Southern Germany’s techno scene.
Featuring their signature echoing kicks, ‘Der Strum’ includes syncopated snares, scintillating pads and piercing stabs to forge a peaktime cut. ‘Zeit Des Erwachens’ is more of a roller with its undulating percussion and quivering bassline, leading into the effervescent ‘Tränen Der Sonne’ with its twisted arpeggios and rattling hats.

Dusty archives, the backrooms of record stores, private reel to reel stashes, master tapes - these are the environs of the Dynamic Range experience.
Dynamic Range is a new label focused on unearthing deep Soul, Funk and Disco jams that continue to resonate with todays dancers and DJ's. Time spent scouring the bowels of the majors and independents has unsurprisingly resulted in numerous gems being added to the DR wants list. High quality, fully licensed reissues are the order of the day, always taken from the correct master source and re-presented to hungry record heads the world over. To repeat, this is a fully legit operation - Avoid the sharks at all costs!
George Benson's name is legendary, his much vaunted career in music has spanned decades, styles, trends and tastes. A prodigious jazz, funk & fusion guitarist and vocalist, Benson cut his teeth in the 1960's releasing music on labels such as CTI, Paul Winley, A&M and Warner Brothers. He has had numerous hit records throughout his career and maintained the respect and credibility that he built from the ground up, influencing generations of musicians, artists & producers. His 1977 version of the classic 'The World Is A Ghetto' features beautiful string-laden production and of course, Benson's languid guitar playing that graces the wonderful Claus Ogerman arrangements effortlessly. As well as being an underground disco classic, this amazing groove has been sampled by numerous contemporary producers, most notable Moodymann, Kanye West, Bob Sinclair and many more, a testament to the lush production and soul contained within the grooves of this classic. This repress is programmed exactly like the '77 disco promo 12" that record pool members and DJ's would have received and due to licensing constraints it features the same 9 minute 41 second mix on both sides.
All music selected by the Dynamic Range team / Licensed and reissued by Above Board distribution in conjunction with Warner Music.

NADUVE is a real hippie. Not one of those you meet at Wholefoods in Stokey, I mean a gentle soul oozing psychedelia. He ’s a floating fixture in the “second generation” Tel Aviv producers (not in age nor talent) LDDLM met through the Red Axes connection, a very tight self-gravitating crew of friends.
I have pictures in my head of Naduve, very lanky, bare chest with a slightly Aladdin waistcoat but do not get fooled, the “shamanic” appearance hides a much deeper music than the dross that now entertains some of the white rich crowd in a certain spot of the Nevada desert.
Is it trance? Is it tribal weirdness? It’s most definitely as “who cares” as we like it. BACK TO WORK has been a firm fixture for us, a strange off kilter bleep homage to an imaginary Sheffield. PAKANA TANA is why Naduve shines at sunrise, whilst ZE HAZMAN shows us why is he is also full moon. Finally the XEN (more with her very, very soon) REVOX version of BACK TO WORK could almost be a Rimini circa 1990 anthem.
Much love from LDDLM as ever.

- B2. David Penn - Nobody (Club Mix)
Defected Records serve up heavy-hitters CamelPhat, OFFAIAH, Josh Butler and David Penn on this covetable 12” vinyl release showcasing some of their current hottest productions. CamelPhat & Ali Love kick-start side A with their killer ‘Dopamine Machine’, the follow up to the chart-smashing hit ‘Cola’. Injected with an intoxicating vocal hook and a body-jerking beat, this record has been on heavy rotation in clubs and festivals all summer. Next up, OFFAIAH delivers his adrenaline-pumping ‘Work It Out’, a firm favourite amongst the BBC Radio 1 Dance crew and certified to set the roof on fire.
Side B sees DJ Mag and Beatport award-winning producer Josh Butler blend uplifting synths and rave stabs with powerhouse vocals by soul duo HanLei on ‘Feels Good’. Ending this dynamite release, David Penn returns to Defected after eight years with his classic house party-starter ‘Nobody’, laying down a hell of a lot of soul on a thundering bassline and piano riffs. This is a rare opportunity to cop these massive artists under on one exceptional vinyl release.

Danish producer Asmus Odsat debuts on Iceland’s FALK DISKS with four leftfield dancefloor cuts entitled ‘Ecstatic Half Truth’ this September.
Before moving to Iceland, Asmus Odsat was a key figure within Copenhagen’s electronic music scene for nearly a decade. A former resident at Culture Box, Odsat was also co-founder of Ritual Malmö as well as the BULK club night, which has hosted artists like Surgeon, Dasha Rush, Lucy and Sleeparchive. Odsat now joins FALK DISKS, the club focused sub-label of FALK Records (Fuck Art Lets Kill) with his ‘Ecstatic Half Truth’ EP, receiving early support from names like Courtesy who included it in her guest mix on B.Traits’ BBC Radio 1 show.
‘Deal With It’ sets the tone of the package with frenzied synths, warped atmospherics and a crunchy kicks before title track ‘Ecstatic Half Truth’ delivers a cacophony of percussion alongside twisted melodies and off-kilter breaks.
Up next, fast paced arpeggios meander alongside metallic top lines and a filtered 303 that unfolds throughout, making way for ‘Soften The Clocks’ which rounds off the package utilising disjointed rhythms, intense acid sequences and thundering low-end throbs.

Harlem's legendary Disco label Queen Constance has long been a cult favourite among fans of underground dance music for decades.
One of many labels operating under the equally legendary P&P family of imprints Queen Constance was operated by one Peter Brown, a truly colossal figure in NYC's music scene, it's catalogue still fascinates music lovers to this day. Covering a wide range of styles including Gospel, early Rap and Disco the label's output continually finds it way into the playlists of respected DJ's and selectors across the globe. Wayne Forde's super heavyweight 'Dance To The Music Freakout' is the second reissue from the label for 2018!
Yet again, not much is known about Wayne Forde, or his band 'Stereo'. Could it be another Peter and Patrick studio project? Another selection of local, neighbourhood players and singers? Who knows? What we do know, however, is that this record is a TOTAL disco bomb. All of what you want from a Queen Constance record is here, it's dripping in funk, raw and soulful. Essential stuff for anyone with even a passing interest in disco or anything funky. These jams are super long, percussive dance-floor melters that will do damage! Super rare, too. You won't find one of these nestled in the racks in your local chazzer, which is exactly why these (legit) represses should be in your cart. Essential.

Roman Flügel needs no introduction, so lets not hammer on about his lengthy history as a kingpin of contemporary German dance music, his essential contributions to the musical evolution of Darmstadt and Frankfurt, his achievements as a virtuosic multi-instrumentalist traversing genres with remarkable grace, his sense of dynamism and urgency in the construction of big-room anthems or the meticulously woven textures of melancholy found throughout his minimalist work, his ability to pay homage to pioneers of his musical heritage without diverting to pastiche, his fearless combination of familiar melody with synthesized aberration and imperfection, his approach to instrumentation as Haiku poetry where the ordinary is made profound through simple isolation, his rejection of stylistic pretense and acceptance of comforts found in the constructs of folk and pop, his contrast of cold efficiency with a warm naiveté, his yearning to return down previously-forged paths with a new accumulation of experience, the confidence to paint the room blue when it was meant to be black, his belief that a beautifully executed idea will always transcend the need for incessant polishing, the way in which he leads arrangements to the edge and only implies a resolve, his framing of musical narratives as sketches, outlines, or skeletons where the listener’s perception compliments the whole, or his notion that sometimes stories might not need a clear articulation but might only come through in hints of mood, pace, and color, a language which doesn’t rely on words to communicate but which paints for us in Themes. Yes, rather than hearing our attempt to elaborate on Roman’s Flügel’s debut album with the ESP Institute, lets just simply listen.

- A1 Musumeci & Phunkadelica - Babilonia
- A2 Musumeci & Phunkadelica - Velluto Blu
- B1 Stereocalypse - Lone Solo Drummer
- B2 Stereocalypse - The Cunning Man
The long musical tradition of electro-disco, Italo style, foregrounds Innervisions’ newest release. Bringing together five producers for a celebration of their cosmic past and future-forward present, Romantico Disco EP is a resolutely Italian affair.
As a three-decade stalwart of the music scene in his native Sicily, Mauro Di Martino is best known and well- known for his house sound under the moniker Musumeci. Elsewhere the elusive, anonymous newcomer Phunkadelica has offered a fresh injection of rugged dimension and intergalactic groove since their 2017 debut. Uniting on the first half of this EP, Musumeci & Phunkadelica’s talents merge in a playful, complex tug-of-war. “Babilonia” is as abundant as its mythical name suggests, with a snaky groove and retro laser trails embedded in the framework of a modern house burner. The pair’s second production, “Velluto Blu,” means ‘Blue Velvet’, and is a moody and evocative take on dark, slow disco full of cinematic suspense.
On the record’s B-side, alumni artists Stereocalypse, aka Olderic & Andrea Doria, return from the heights of “Blue Dome Escargot,” as featured in the latest instalment of acclaimed Innervisions series Secret Weapons Part 10 . In similar spirit to the guitar licks that drove “Blue Dome Escargot,” the first of the duo’s Romantico Disco productions, “Lone Solo Drummer,” focuses on the rhythmic capabilities of a percussive kit, joined with bass and sparkling synth stabs for a live band sound aesthetic. To complete the EP, Stereocalypse’s second production, “The Cunning Man” gazes across the sea to the Balearic Islands, and further beyond that to the cosmos, growing in size to engage its full intergalactic powers.

Originally released on White House Records. Remastered from digital masters by Robert Macciochi with full restored cover done by myself. This EP should need no introduction to Ravers as often cited as an Anthem (whatever that means to you, to me that just means classic and good and still worth hearing any day again and again).
"Baptised By Dub" was originally on World Beat Records with "Virtual Reality" on the flip side and later licensed to White House Records with other tracks and the totally different but equally awesome Re Baptised By Dub by DJ Halo. This Ravers favourite has never been reissued on vinyl in its original 4 track form. it did make it to a White House Classics series but only Baptised By Dub and not the greatest quality.
According to DJ Spatts the DAT's were misplaced in the 90's and only unearthed again in 2014 when I searched the Warehouse. All CD licensed versions on compilations are allegedly a vinyl rip supplied by White House. These official DIGITAL remasters were issued to TCM Records as digital only. This is your first chance to get your hands on what will definitely be the best vinyl reproduction of this music since it's original release in 1992.

Lone delivers the final instalment of his stunning Ambivert Tools series.
Started in 2017 Ambivert Tools gave Lone the chance to step outside the confines of writing music for an album and get back to the basics of crafting tunes primarily for his intoxicating DJ sets.
Inspired in no small part by the rich seam of house that he’s been excavating with his fine Magicwire imprint Ambivert Tools parts one to three have been stacked with breezy, rugged house excursions full of his trademark atmospheric melody / harmony . Each track instantly recognisable as music that could have only come from Lone’s East London studio.
This final transmission again finds Lone in vintage form - ‘Pulsar’ takes inspiration from classic UK Techno and IDM from the likes of Stasis and B12. This one shares DNA with the rolling breaks of ‘Temples’ from Volume Three but goes deeper in search of that 6am dancefloor feeling.
‘Oedo 808’ as the title suggests gets busy with some tight 808 drum programming bringing an electro feel to the mix . The rude bassline and glistening electronics only work to to tighten it up further for the dancefloor.
‘Blue Moon Tree’ rounds things off in style staying true to the DJ tool theme of the series, a killer bassline, crisp drums, spiralling vocal sample and stabs are all this one needs to be a staple in the right DJ’s boxes for a long time to come.
