Street Tracks Imprint continues to push new music from new artists, with Moodtrax coming correct with a tasty three track release, ‘Next Stop Central’.
With previous releases for Luv Shack Records, Extended Play and Chicago Trax, the Belfast based DJ & producer delivers a trio of raw and stripped back house jams.
‘Next Stop Central’ builds its drama upon an evolving bass & keys riff, unfurling over a raw and steady rhythm track, whilst ‘Bring That Beat Back’ also deploys classic Chicago house tropes for a jackin’ warehouse club cut. ‘Jackhammer’ has already been picking up plays by Sub Club’s Harri and Jasper James, which is no surprise, as this one exudes a classy deep house sound that’s brimming with spacey electronics and an infectious groove.
