Above Board’s reputation is built on a carefully curated ‘no compromise’ physical catalogue amassed since 2007.

We provide physical sales and distribution services direct to key independent UK stores, and to stores worldwide via the well-established network of ‘go to’ distribution partners.

As well as working with independent stores such as Phonica, Rough Trade, Bleep, Hard Wax, Clone, Rush Hour, Juno and Deejay.de we can upscale any campaign that requires retail marketing and access to chain stores (eg Amazon and HHV) via our distribution partners.

We have worked with artists such as DJ Harvey, Peggy Gou, Mall Grab, Kenny Larkin, Dimitri From Paris and Louie Vega on some of the biggest vinyl releases of the past few years. We have also worked with labels that have remained strong in the physical domain, such as Defected, Classic, The Vinyl Factory, Salsoul, R&S Records, Glitterbox, Looking For Trouble, Renaissance, Strictly Rhythm, Skint, KMS, The Jazz Diaries and many more.
