The EP stems from recording sessions with close friend Ryan Moscrop, guitarist and
collaborator. ‘Proper Fuel’ is hot enough to launch a rocket into space. It’s green-gas-fuelled
disco energy comes from Elliot’s looping, hedonistic sample work. Punching horn lines
intertwine with the low-key vocals and accompanying bassline.

‘Propane’ on the B, with its lo-fi, organic congas drive this machine without any need for a pit-
