Raffaello & Palermo is the union of two friends and old LPH brothers, Damon Palermo, a.k.a. Magic Touch, and Raphaël Valensi, a.k.a. Laura Ingalls. Palermo's an Angeleno who came up in the Bay Area scene of the mid-aughts and Valensi's a Frenchman dwelling in Shanghai, perhaps best known for his work as the Horses, a duo comprised of him and Clément Pony.
