Already dubbed as ‘one to watch’ in 2019 by DJ Magazine, the DJ/producer duo known as Tibasko debut for Street Tracks with ‘Cultivation’, backed with remixes from two other exciting new talents, Lewy, and Josh Gregg. The Tibasko boys have already shone bright with releases for Another Rhythm, No Particular Order, and their own Omusaré label

Slick and progressive sounds are offered up on ‘Cultivation’; rapturous gated pads and swirling distant vocals take things on an early 90s vibe, as break beats roll within 4/4 structure and a euphoric spirit is captured perfectly.

In the first of the two remixes, Lewy follows up his appearance on the recent Street Tracks Imprint Vol. 1 EP with a lovely rolling version that sprinkles some acid tones over the top whilst maintaining the intoxicating mood, whilst Josh Gregg (another star player on the aforementioned Imprint EP) adds deft melodic touches and an absorbing sub bass riff to wrap up a solid release.
