VONDA7 brings a fresh EP of hypnotic grooves to Street Tracks, following her ‘Wide Awake’ EP for the label last year. The ‘No Nonsense’ EP gathers a trio of peak time cuts, delivered in the Berlin based DJ/producers own inimitable style. Title track, ‘No Nonsense', pairs sprightly house piano chords and a bubbling acid line, shaping a pure party starter with ease. ‘Bye, Ego’ fills its rhythm with oodles of funk, as a wall of synths and reverberating vocals build the drama, whilst ‘Our First Sunrise’ offers up gorgeous melodies and an ethereal quality that counterparts the track’s title. VONDA7 has been as active as always these last few months, with DJ appearances across Europe, and releases on her own art | werk label and Last Night On Earth, as well as remixes for
Huxley, The Micronauts and DJ Haus.
